Rental questions, answered

How is my rental rate determined?

Your quoted rate reflects the machine class, rental duration, time of year and delivery distance. The figures above are typical starting rates for standard terms — call (877) 777-9291 or submit the quote form and we will confirm a firm written rate for your dates and jobsite, normally within one business day.

Is delivery included in the rental rate?

Delivery and pickup are quoted as separate line items based on your jobsite address, so you see exactly what transportation costs. Southern California jobsites are typically delivered within 24–72 hours; shipments outside the region are quoted as freight to your zip code.

What rental periods are available?

Machines are rented by the day, week or month (28 days). Longer terms carry a lower effective daily cost, and monthly billing is the standard for extended projects. Contact us to confirm current minimums for the unit you need.

What are the operator requirements?

Operators must be trained and authorized in accordance with ANSI A92 standards. We offer operator training programs and can coordinate certification alongside your rental so your crew is compliant before the machine arrives.

What support is included during the rental?

Every rental is backed by our in-house service department. If a machine goes down, we dispatch field service across Los Angeles and Orange County or arrange a replacement unit, so downtime stays on us — not on your schedule.

Should I rent or buy?

If you are renting the same class of machine on a recurring basis, ownership usually delivers a lower total cost. Most of our fleet is available for purchase with financing, and we will walk you through a rent-versus-own comparison for your actual usage before you decide.
